Sushi set

The sushi set includes multiple pieces to allow the perfect sharing ceremony that sushi allows. Pieces include three different sizes of bowls, great for rice, dumplings, dipping sauces. A smaller and larger platter with chopstick rests.

The set is both thrown and handbuilt with a concrete black clay and glazed with a mixture and matte black and shiny obsidian black to allow a smooth and contrasting finish to the set.

The collection also included optional sake sets which are thrown from Vulcan clay but one is hand painted with a black iron glaze and has a simple, smooth throw. The other has been carved at the base to create angled and is glazed in Jupiter black.
Each set includes the sake pourer and two small cups.
